About the Role:
North Point Senior Homecare in Virginia Beach, VA is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified/Licensed Caregivers to join our team! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by providing personalized, high-quality in-home care. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as permitted by certification
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe living environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
- Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors and care coordinators
Requirements:
- Active CNA, HHA, or equivalent caregiver certification/license in Virginia
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Strong understanding of senior care, safety protocols, and infection control
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused attitude

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
